Meet Rachel, of Rachel May Flows! 

Rachel is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance. Yoga has helped Rachel immensely in many ways, and it is her dream to share the gift of yoga with others. She looks at life through a holistic approach, and is always looking for ways to nourish mind, body, and soul. Rachel hopes to provide you with a safe space for wherever you are on your journey, to help you take a moment for yourself. When Rachel isn’t practicing yoga, you can find her in nature, singing, or performing in local theater!
